  • 250 g quinoa
  • 150 g lamb's lettuce
  • 1 can (s) Best Choice Chickpeas (425 ml)
  • 4 scoops of beetroot (precooked)
  • 30 ml white wine vinegar
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Ingredients:

250 g quinoa

Wash the quinoa thoroughly and prepare according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 2

Ingredients:

150 g lamb's lettuce - 1 can (s) best choice chickpeas (425 ml) - 4 scoop (s) beetroot (precooked)

Wash the lamb's lettuce and spin dry. Wash the chickpeas under running water and drain them on a sieve. Cut the beetroot into slices.

Step 3

Ingredients:

30 ml white wine vinegar - 50 ml olive oil - salt
