Ingredients:

chives 1 organic lemon 200 g sour cream
For the sauce, wash the chives and cut them into fine rolls. Wash lemon with hot water, rub
dry and rub the peel. Then halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix the
chives, lemon zest and juice with the sour cream and let sit in the
refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

Clean the
broccoli and cut it into small florets. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters
or eighths, depending on their size. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Peel and
chop the onion.

Heat the
