Servings (default: 2)

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 piece of ginger (5 g)
  • 50 g organic cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if desired)
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Ingredients:

500 g Brussels sprouts - 2 carrots - 1 piece of ginger (5 g) - 50 g organic cashew nuts

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and halve the florets. Peel and cut the carrots. Ginger peel and finely chop. Roughly chop the cashews and roast them until golden in a pan without fat.

Step 2

Ingredients:

2 tbsp rapeseed oil - 4 tbsp soy sauce - pepper

Heat the oil and fry the Brussels sprouts, carrots and ginger. Deglaze with soy sauce, add some water if necessary and fry for 10 to 15 minutes over low to medium heat with the lid closed, until the Brussels sprouts are cooked through. Season with soy sauce and pepper and serve sprinkled with chopped cashews. Rice tastes very good with it.
