- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 carrots
- 1 piece of ginger (5 g)
- 50 g organic cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if desired)

Preparation
Step 1

500 g Brussels sprouts - 2
carrots - 1 piece of ginger (5 g) - 50 g organic cashew nuts
Clean and wash the
Brussels sprouts and halve the florets. Peel and cut the carrots. Ginger peel
and finely chop. Roughly chop the cashews and roast them until golden in a pan
without fat.
Step 2
Ingredients:
2 tbsp rapeseed oil - 4
tbsp soy sauce - pepper
Heat the oil and fry the
Brussels sprouts, carrots and ginger. Deglaze with soy sauce, add some water if
necessary and fry for 10 to 15 minutes over low to medium heat with the lid
closed, until the Brussels sprouts are cooked through. Season with soy sauce
and pepper and serve sprinkled with chopped cashews. Rice tastes very good with
it.
