How to make Oven-Baked Vegetables?

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes (Jacket potatoes from the previous day)
  • 3 zucchini
  • 500 g of cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 200 g ja! Kräuterquark
  • pepper


Preparation

Step 1

You need:

Ingredients:

1 kg jacket potatoes (from the day before) 3 courgettes 500 g cocktail tomatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil salt

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat. Cut the jacket potatoes with the skin into wedges. Wash the zucchini and cut it into slices. Wash tomatoes and remove the stalk. Mix the vegetables with olive oil and salt in a baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
