  • 1 onion
  • 20 g chives
  • 20 g parsley
  • 10 g marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation

Step 1

You need:

Ingredients:

1.5 kg potatoes - 1 onion - 20 g chives - 20 g parsley - 10 g marjoram - 2 eggs - 2 tablespoons almond flour - Salt - Pepper

Peel the potatoes, grate them roughly and squeeze them out well. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the herbs, set aside 1 tbsp. Mix everything together. Whisk the eggs and mix with the almond flour into the potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil

Heat the oil, add small potato pancakes to the pan with a tablespoon, flatten a little and fry until golden on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
