- 20 g parsley
- 10 g marjoram
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond flour

Ingredients:
1.5 kg potatoes - 1
onion - 20 g chives - 20 g parsley - 10 g marjoram - 2 eggs - 2 tablespoons
almond flour - Salt - Pepper
Peel the potatoes, grate them roughly and squeeze them out well. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the herbs, set aside 1 tbsp. Mix everything together. Whisk the eggs and mix with the almond flour into the potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
