  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small eggplant
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • Curry powder
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Step 1

Ingredients:

2 cloves of garlic - 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger - 2 carrots - 2 small zucchini - 250 g mushrooms - 1 red pepper - 1 small eggplant - 1 ripe mango

Peel and finely dice the garlic and ginger. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut into strips. Clean, wash and quarter the mushrooms. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Clean, wash and dice the eggplant. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice.
