- 3 green onions
- 2 clove (s) of garlic
- 800 g sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp organic tomato paste
- 3 teaspoons of organic paprika sweet powder
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons of marjoram
- 800 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g flour
- 150 ml of vegetable oil for deep-frying
- 0.5 bunch of coriander
- salt
- Fine world lemon pepper
- 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Ingredients:
2 green onions - 2 clove (s) of garlic - 800 g sweet potatoes
Peel and finely dice 2 onions and garlic. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes approx. 1 cm wide.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion cubes and
