- 800 g beef fillet (4 pieces of 200 g each)
- 150 g lamb's lettuce
- 0.5 pomegranate
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of honey

Preparation
Step 1
Ingredients:
7 rolls from the previous day - 100 ml milk
Cut the rolls into small cubes and place them in a large bowl. Pour half of the milk over it and let it soak.
Step 2
Ingredients:
