- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 300 ml of cream
- 800 g potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) of pepper
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 50 ml sparkling water
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 stalk (s) of parsley
- 4 tbsp cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Ingredients:
6 tbsp breadcrumbs - 150 ml of cream - 800 g potatoes - salt
Put the breadcrumbs and 150 ml cream in a small bowl and let soak for 15 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut in half or quarter if necessary, and cook in salted water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Ingredients:
1 small onion - 500 g minced beef - 1 egg - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 pinch (s) of pepper - 0.5 tsp mustard - 50 ml sparkling water

Ingredients:
2 tbsp clarified butter - 150 ml of cream - 100 ml vegetable stock - 1 teaspoon cornstarch - pepper - salt
Drain the potatoes. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat. Lift the meatballs out of the pan. Put the rest of the cream and vegetable stock in the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Mix the cornstarch with 3-4 tablespoons of water in a cup and add to the sauce. 2 stalk (s) of parsley - 4 tbsp cranberries
