  • 3 stalk (s) of basil
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

You need:

Kitchen Grater

Ingredients:

1 red pepper - 1 yellow pepper - 1 bunch of spring onions - 400 g chicken fillet

Wash, core, and dice the peppers. Wash the spring onions and cut the white and light green into rings. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry, and dice.

Step 2

Ingredients:

1 tbsp rapeseed oil - 1 liter of chicken broth - 500 g fusilli - 1 can (s) of chopped tomatoes (400 g) - salt - pepper - Sweet paprika powder

Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the vegetables and the chicken. Deglaze with the broth. Add the pasta and chopped tomatoes and bring to a boil. Then simmer without the lid over low heat for about 10 minutes until the noodles are cooked through. If they are still too firm to bite, add a little water and continue to simmer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

Step 3

Ingredients:

3 stalk (s) of basil - 50 g grated parmesan cheese

Roughly chop the basil and sprinkle over the pasta with the parmesan.
